SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Local Pick Ups

We offer local pick ups from our Fairy Meadow store. A customer service rep will call, text or email you directly as soon as your order is ready for pick up. Pick ups are  available Monday to Saturday.

Shipping Terms

When at checkout it will be displayed if the item has a shipping fee or not. You will not have to make a payment before this. Any questions please contact us.

Australia Wide Delivery

  1. We deliver parts and accessories to all states and territories in Australia. All products are delivered using eParcel, Australia Post or various freight companies. Customer orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days, this includes items such as parts, accessories, or bicycles. Some items may take longer - subject to supplier stock levels and availability.
  2. No cancellations will be accepted if your order is within the 2-3 days shipment processing times.
  3. If your order is urgent, please email us and check for product availability and expected delivery times. If your order requires express delivery there is a surcharge for the carrier express freight costs.
  4. We have no control over freight services, once your items are in the hands of shipping company we cannot be held liable for any extended delays.
  5. Please note that public holidays, floods, strikes, storms and road closures can further disrupt freight and thus delivery could take longer under these circumstances.

E-bikes

Whilst we can delivery e-bikes to you. They come in large boxes and require some assembly on your part. We encourage store pick up that way your bike is fully assembled, ready to ride with all safety checks and any adjustments carried out.

Damaged or Missing Goods

Due to insurance conditions placed upon us by carriers, it is imperative that upon receiving your delivery that you immediately notify us if there is any missing items from your order, we need to receive notification within 48 hours of the items being delivered. We advise caution when accepting boxed packages which are damaged, we suggest ensuring your items are not damaged before signing off on delivery. Please Note: Acceptance of delivery voids any liability to freight company.

Delivery Time Frames

Sending to same state:

Metro - up to 2 business days

Country - up to 5 business days

Sending interstate:

Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points

Country - up to 4-7+ business days
